But there is a common paradox: the more you care about your weight and the more you worry about how you're eating, the more you are likely to overeat. For people with anorexia, it's the opposite. The more they care about their body and their foods, the less they are likely to eat.
For those who want to stop overeating or lose weight, we know that diets don't work Eventually you will get bored, or you will lose the weight and then stop trying, so you'll give yourself a break.........and.......... in the blink of an eye, the weight will be back!! For anorexics, you can't just tell yourself to eat more. It just won't work.
