YOUR SOUL AND YOUR BODY WANT HEALTH AND VITALITY
I am a holistic and integrative dietitian and a practitioner of internal family systems therapy (IFS).
CALL ME AT 404 295 1415 OR SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] FOR HELP!
I combine nutrition science with a holistic approach to behavior change, which includes investigating repetitive patterns and the unconscious or conscious blocks to success. Some people only need the nutrition piece. Some people only need the therapeutic help. Most people need a little of both. I help people with dietary issues, weight concerns, and any variety of disordered eating patterns.
I MEET WITH PEOPLE OVER ZOOM OR IN MY OFFICE OUTSIDE OF ATLANTA.
My education is from Cornell University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have years of experience advanced training as an Eating Disorder Clinician and certifications in Integrative/Holistic Nutrition and Adult Weight Management. I and am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
In addition to internal family systems, I have been influenced greatly by the work of Byron Katie, the teachings of the enneagram, the teachings of intuitive and mindful eating, teachings in 12 step programs and addiction, DBT therapy and several spiritual modalities.
Learning how to change your relationship with eating can also change your relationship with everything.
My approach is practical. When you combine specific eating goals with an investigation of habitual patterns of behaviors, you can change things from the bottom up. Lasting and sustainable change is always the goal.
