You can learn how to stop focusing on your body and your diet and really listen to what your body needs.
When you learn how to do this your body weight is likely to end up where it's supposed to be.
There is a common paradox: the more you care about your weight and the more you worry about how you're eating, the more you will eat.
If you go on another diet, you're not going to end up thinner, even though the diet might sound extremely convincing.
It might work for a week or a month or a few months, but eventually you will return to old patterns.
As a dietitian, I understand a lot about foods and food quality, and I don't think is irrelevant. However, the most important thing you can do to fix the "problem" with your body is to change the way you relate to it.
I can help you do this.
We can meet in my office, or by skype, by facetime, or by phone.
